Why packages work:
Two sessions give space for the initial work to settle and be supported, rather than leaving things half-open. It's often chosen when something specific is going on — emotionally or physically — and you want continuity without pressure.
Four and six session packages are for deeper work. Real healing doesn't always happen in one session — sometimes it needs space to unfold. Packages create commitment and give us time to work through multiple layers.

We work together to identify and clear old wounds, limiting patterns, and energetic blocks so your true self can shine through.
How is this different from Reiki or other healing modalities?
This isn’t a passive experience. It’s not something done to you—it’s a journey we take together.
Through breathwork, visualisation, and intuitive dialogue, we uncover and release what your soul is ready to let go of—whether that’s inner child wounds, ancestral patterns, trauma, past life imprints, or long-held beliefs.
You’re guided every step of the way, with me holding a grounded and sacred space as we follow your energy’s wisdom.
It’s powerful, interactive, and deeply personal—and no two sessions are ever the same.
Is this spiritual work? What if I’m not ‘very spiritual’?
