I know the weight of that darkness. I’ve lived the deep disconnect and the quiet desperation of wanting to come back to yourself but not knowing the way.

In 2010, a moment of emotional collapse cracked something open in me. I found myself at a meditation, desperate for change. As we sang of forgiveness, tears streamed down my face and my whole body shook—my own root-level healing had begun.

Since then, I’ve walked a soul-led path of Advanced Energy Medicine, inner child work, and spiritual transformation. Along the way, I was given the name Selene, after the Moon Goddess—a reminder that even in the darkness of relational trauma, light can be found. And shared.

Today, in my Brookvale sanctuary, I help others do the same.
