Chakra Balancing: Beyond the Buzzwords

  • Bring your awareness to the base of your spine. Imagine roots growing down into the earth, anchoring you.

  • With each exhale, let go of a worry or thought that isn’t serving you.

  • With each inhale, draw in steadiness and strength.

This is a starting point — a way to reconnect to your base chakra and remind your body that you are safe.
