  • Change your relationship with food

  • Understand the signs of toxicity in your body, its link to weight gain and how to reduce it

  • Create healthy sustainable habits

  • Release negative thoughts and beliefs that are blocking your ability to make and maintain healthy changes through energy healing meditations

  • Receive discounts on Ayurvedic Consultations, massages and energy healing

  • Become empowered in your health and wellbeing

Each week will build upon the last as you gain a good understanding to the basic principles of how Ayurveda deals with excess body weight.

Making the changes gradually over time will ensure you are not overwhelmed.
